An Evening To Celebrate The Olive Oil Harvest in Italy

After a summer ripening in the warm Italian sunshine, the end of the olive harvest and the production of fresh virgin oil is a time of great celebration in Italy. And we’re going to celebrate right here in Otley too. So we invite you to join us on Tuesday 2nd November for a special 6 course dinner with two special guests.

Our Guests

We’re honoured to be joined for the evening by Walter Zanre, UK director of Filippo Berio who will share the the company’s proud history as one of the foremost Italian olive oil producers. Alongside Walter we’ll be welcome Mario Olianas who many of you will know from Yorkshire Pecorino Cheese Ltd; specialising in Italian cheeses made in Yorkshire! Of course there will be ample opportunity to sample products from both.

Your Evening

Please arrive by 6:30 pm for dinner and presentations at 7:30 pm. Your evening includes a 6 course menu, (scroll down), freshly prepared by Buon Apps chefs, with pairings of wine and olive oils. You have two menus to choose from; one for meat eaters and one for those who prefer a plant-based diet. Each guests will also receive a £35:00 value gift-bag to take away.

Cost and Reservations

Only 45 places are available; tickets are £65:00 per person. A £30:00 deposit will be taken at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable for cancellations made by 30 October. The deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made after 30 October.
