20 No-Shows On Saturday Night.

We’re sad to say that on Saturday night we had 20 ‘no-shows’. It is all the more disappointing as we turned people away on the expectation that those tables would be filled. That is spaces we could have sold. Spaces that pay staff wages, pay for the upkeep of the building and contribute to the local economy. Not cancelling and not showing up has consequences that ripple across our business and outwards.

We’ve written about this before and the impact it has on businesses like us. Please, if you can’t come, tell us. It’s quick and easy to do and there is no need to be embarrassed. In fact if you booked online you can cancel online and don’t even need to speak to us!
