The First Specials Menu for Spring

PANCETTA PIERANTONIO: Belly pork, slow cooked in apple cider, cajun pepper, smoked paprika, fennel seeds and ginger. Served with roasted asparagus, caramelised apples, a whole grain mustard sauce and popped pork popcorn.

Spring has sprung, crocus and snowdrops are flowering, and the daffodils will follow soon. The nights are getting lighter and we’re already looking forward to a summer on the Terrace under blue skies (we can only hope!).

With that optimism in mind here is the first Specials Menu of the season. Filled with dishes not normally found on our A La Carte Menu. It’s a grand way to try something different. So why wait, book your table now.
