Cycling 300 Miles in May for Prostate Cancer UK

Update:

After a nasty accident that left Stu with concussion, and an enforced temporary pause to his fund raising efforts, Stu has resumed his fund raising efforts into June. May might be over, but the challenge is not! 130 miles done, 370 to go before 15 June. If you can donate, please do so!

Our lovely Kitchen Manager, Stu, lost his dad George to prostate cancer. This is a disease that will affect 1 in 8 men during their lifetime. It can be a killer, but need not be if caught early enough.

Prostate Cancer UK fund vital research that will stop men dying from prostate cancer. Stu is supporting this work with a fund raising effort, by cycling 300 miles in May.

We’re supporting Stu with his challenge and hope you can too. At a time when there are many demands for your money we know it’s not possible to support every request, but anything you can give, however small, will go towards the research that is needed.

Gentlemen (and their partners): Even if you can’t donate on this occassion, please take the time to read about how you can check your risk in 30 seconds at Prostate Cancer UK
